Things have been really busy these past few months. It all starts with my wife finally getting a full-time position at the place she was consulting. The company is in San Jose and since driving for me is out of the question, we needed to move close – and we did, only 4 miles away.
I have no images of the new place yet, but it is very nice. This time I have no view at all, but with poor vision who cares. I am on the third floor and I finally have two bedrooms. That means my drum kit has its own place instead of cramed next to my bed.
It has been very cold the past week so I bought me one of them Duraflame logs and fired it up last night. For fun, I took my modified Canon 40D and took some infrared images of the fire with an 1/8000 shutter speed (the fastest setting for this camera). I would like to end this short post with one of the better images of what I would like to call “Infrared Duraflame.”
Enjoy the photo, and I wish everyone Happy Holidays! Now let’s fix our nation’s economic crisis -Â go buy something.
